This management agreement (“Agreement”) between Love More Cash LLC Account Manager Service (hereafter “AMS”) on the one hand, and the account User (the “Artist”) on the other, in connection with allowing AMS to exclusively promote Artist’s content already present on the Love More Cash account into the Artists Twitter account.
ACCOUNT MANAGER’S SERVICES. Artist wished to have AMS responsible for posting exclusively LoveMoreCash™ content into Artist’s Twitter account.
For AMS to be able to perform his duties AMS on behalf of the Artist or Artist directly will first need to open a LoveMoreCash™ account at www.lovemorecash.com. Artist will then provide AMS with His/Her LoveMoreCash™ login information “Username” and “Password”.
AMS will solely post LoveMoreCash™ content directly related to the Artist, into the Artist’s Twitter account.
AMS will post no more than 2 posts (Tweets) per day into Artist’s Twitter account.
Any content not related to the Artists persona will have to be pre-approved by Artist prior to posting into Artist’s Twitter account.
Artist agrees to send AMS from time to time pictures of him/herself on a set, to help AMS promote Artist’s upcoming scenes.
The relationship between the Artist and AMS acting on behalf of LoveMoreCash™ are exclusively represented by the LoveMoreCash™ agreement and can be found at https://app.lovemorecash.com/terms
All content posted by AMS into Artist’s Twitter account have the potential to generate revenues for the Artist. These revenues are explained on the LoveMoreCash™ website and can be viewed at https://app.lovemorecash.com/terms. All revenues generated on behalf of the Artist by a post published by AMS can be found by the Artist on his/her “LoveMoreCash™” personal page under the heading “My Earnings”. All revenues should be automatically reported by LoveMoreCash ™ to the Artist’s account and AMS has no obligation nor can be held responsible in any way shape or form for informing the Artist of any revenues in the event LoveMoreCash™ fails to do so.
AMS will not take any commission, fee, or payments whatsoever for managing the Artist’s LoveMoreCash™ account. The revenues shared between LoveMoreCash™ and the Artist are the ones described in the existing agreement between the Artist and LoveMoreCash™ https://app.lovemorecash.com/terms
It is further understood and agreed by the Parties hereto that AMS has no other obligation toward the Artist other than to use its best efforts to promote the LoveMoreCash™ content on the Artist’s Twitter account. AMS cannot be held responsible in any way shape or form if the LoveMoreCash™ published content on the Artist’s account does not generate any or enough revenues for the Artist.
Furthermore, AMS cannot be held responsible in any way shape or form by the Artist, if the publication of a LoveMoreCash™ link on the Artist’s account has any kind of negative consequences for that account including, but not limited to shadow ban, suspension of the Artist’s Twitter account, termination of the Artist’s Twitter account.
The parties agree that AMS’ responsibilities are strictly limited to only what is described and agreed between the parties in the LoveMoreCash™ terms of use: https://app.lovemorecash.com/terms
This agreement cannot be constructed between the parties as any type of “employment” or “Partnership” and is strictly limited to allowing AMS to share LoveMoreCash™ content on the Artist’s Twitter account.
AMS and Artist may not assign this agreement without the other party’s consent.
Once signed this agreement will become de facto part of the LoveMoreCash™ terms of use agreement and therefore be governed by the same contract and the same laws than the LoveMoreCash™ user agreement.
This Agreement shall be in force and effective from today’s date and will remain valid unless either party opts out by providing the other party with written notice.
